Michael Toussaint represents developers, investors, landlords, tenants and corporate clients in commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing, zoning and entitlements.

His experience spans a variety of asset classes, including land development, homebuilding and retail real estate, and includes transactions involving national retailers and large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.

Michael previously practiced at a prominent mid-sized Chicago law firm and, prior to that, served as corporate counsel for a Chicago-based private real estate investment firm, giving him practical insight into the business and legal considerations that shape real estate transactions.
