Michelle Bernstein focuses her practice on complex financial products litigation, contractual disputes, commercial real estate, joint venture, partnership disputes and similar business disputes. She has extensive experience in commercial litigation, spanning various areas within both federal and state courts as well as arbitration tribunals. Michelle guides clients through all aspects of litigation, from preliminary investigations through trial and post-trial strategies, enforcement and appeals.
