Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is continuing its growth in Miami and has welcomed Michelle Genet Bernstein, an experienced litigator with a diverse background in commercial and real estate litigation as a shareholder. Strengthening the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice in Miami and New York, Bernstein focuses her practice on complex financial products litigation, contractual disputes, commercial real estate, joint venture, partnership disputes and similar business disputes. She is the fourth shareholder the firm has added in Miami this calendar year, including Albert Diaz-Silveira and Cristina Quintero to the Corporate M&A Practice and recent addition Jennifer O’Connor to the Real Estate Finance Practice.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Bernstein was a partner at a Miami-based litigation boutique and spent her earlier career at an Am Law 200 firm in New York. She has extensive experience in commercial litigation, spanning various areas within both federal and state courts as well as arbitration tribunals. She guides clients through all aspects of litigation, from preliminary investigations through trial and post-trial strategies, enforcement and appeals. Bernstein graduated cum laude from both New York University with her B.A. and Fordham University School of Law with her J.D.
