Michelle Roman represents borrowers and lenders nationwide as a member of Polsinelli’s real estate finance team. Her practice over the past 20 years has included real estate lending, asset-based lending and conduit lending. Michelle has negotiated, documented, and closed loans secured by shopping centers, office complexes, multifamily residential properties, condominiums and hotels. She has experience in mezzanine and equity financing, syndicated tenant- in-common transactions, CMBS financing, loan servicing and loan sales.
