Moshe Nightingale advises clients on complex real estate transactions and financing, with a focus on multifamily, retail and industrial assets. He guides buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters, and regularly advises lenders and loan servicers on origination, sale and servicing of commercial real estate loans, including Freddie Mac CME and Fannie Mae DUS executions.

He structures and negotiates key deal documents, from purchase agreements and commercial leases to construction contracts tailored to lender requirements, including representing developers in the drafting and filing of Florida condominium documents. On the financing side, he prepares loan agreements, guaranties, security instruments and other instruments critical to origination and servicing. His experience also spans bridge loans, senior housing deals, loan assumptions and single-family rental financing. Moshe rounds out his practice with title and survey review, with particular attention to ALTA compliance and lender requirements.
