Polsinelli Continues Growth in Dallas, Welcomes Real Estate Finance Shareholder Brian Bolton
Polsinelli is pleased to welcome Brian A. Bolton to the firm’s Dallas office as a shareholder in the Real Estate Finance practice, bringing nearly two decades of experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex real estate and lending transactions. Bolton’s arrival underscores Polsinelli’s continued growth in its Real Estate and Real Estate Finance practices and the firm’s expansion in Dallas, where Bolton joins recently added debt finance Shareholder Stacie L. Cargill.

Bolton’s practice focuses on loan originations, assumptions, modifications, workouts and foreclosures for both Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and balance sheet loans. He also advises on the acquisition and sale of asset classes including multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial, retail and self-storage properties. Before entering private practice, Bolton served as in-house counsel for a global investment bank, supporting its real estate finance and loan asset management platforms with a focus on commercial mortgage, warehouse and repo lending, CMBS and Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) securitizations and loan asset management operations.

Bolton earned his J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri.
