Polsinelli Adds Health Care Litigator Adam Wentland in Los Angeles
Polsinelli is pleased to announce that Adam G. Wentland has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a shareholder in its Health Care Litigation Practice, further expanding the firm’s health care litigation bench following the additions of Laura B. Angelini in Boston and Benjamin Wallfisch in Denver. His arrival also builds on Polsinelli’s continued West Coast growth, including the recent addition of Brian Willbur in San Francisco.
Wentland brings significant experience representing health care clients in managed care and payor disputes, including pursuit of claims through arbitrations and litigation against national insurers. He also advises hospitals and medical staffs in connection with the credentialing and peer review of its practitioners and medical staff governance matters. Wentland further counsels clients regarding government investigations, whistleblower retaliation and HIPAA and state privacy matters.

Wentland also advises health care clients on business and operational issues that often carry significant legal risk, including, payor contracting, hospital closures, entity formation, commercial leasing and corporate director conflicts.

Wentland earned his J.D. from William & Mary School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Illinois Wesleyan University.
