Polsinelli Advises DocGo in Acquisition of Virtual Care Platform SteadyMD
Polsinelli recently represented DocGo (Nasdaq: DCGO), a leading provider of technology-enabled mobile health and medical transportation services, in its acquisition of SteadyMD, a virtual care platform that supports telehealth services across all 50 states.
The acquisition combines DocGo’s last-mile health care delivery capabilities with SteadyMD’s nationwide virtual clinician workforce and proprietary telehealth technology platform. SteadyMD provides virtual care solutions for digital health companies, laboratories, pharmacies, employers and other health care innovators. The company offers a 50-state virtual clinician workforce, clinical operations and world-class technology that powers real-time matching between patient needs and clinical expertise. SteadyMD is expected to service over three million patients in 2025 and maintains a roster of over 600 clinicians.
