Polsinelli Advises Schwazze in Restructuring

Polsinelli recently represented Schwazze, a premier vertically integrated regional cannabis company, in entering into a Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA) with an affiliate of Vireo Growth.

The RSA sets forth a plan to restructure the operations and capital structure of the Company and its subsidiaries through a series of transactions. This restructuring allows Schwazze to continue building a stronger organization and positions the company to deliver exceptional value to customers, employees and partners.
