Prior to joining Polsinelli, Nicholas worked as an intern in the financial reporting department of a New York Stock Exchange-traded insurance company, assisting with the preparation of interim and annual financial statements. During law school, Nicholas served as a legal intern drafting corporate educational materials on environmental, social, and governance disclosure requirements and director fiduciary duties. Nicholas also served as a student director in the University of Minnesota Insurance Law Clinic.
