Polsinelli Advises Cure on $5 Million Strategic Investment

Polsinelli recently represented Cure Cos. (Cure), a New Jersey-based hospitality and lifestyle holding company, in connection with a $5 million strategic investment to support the company’s continued growth and expansion.

The investment will support Cure’s expanding portfolio of hospitality, wellness and lifestyle brands across Northern New Jersey.
