Polsinelli Advises Ivy Fertility on Acquisition of Santa Barbara Fertility Center

Polsinelli recently represented longtime client Ivy Fertility in connection with its acquisition of Santa Barbara Fertility Center, continuing a relationship spanning more than five years and a series of transactions involving Ivy Fertility’s expanding network of fertility practices.

Ivy Fertility is a national network of fertility clinics focused on comprehensive family-building care. The acquisition of Santa Barbara Fertility Center is part of the organization’s continued nationwide expansion and extends its network to 17 practices and 30 locations across nine states.
