Polsinelli Represents 95 Percent Group in Acquisition of All About Learning Press

Polsinelli recently represented 95 Percent Group, an education company whose mission is to develop strong readers by empowering teachers through knowledge, support and resources, in its acquisition of All About Learning Press (AALP), a leading provider of structured literacy and other educational programs, particularly for homeschool families and educators.

This strategic transaction strengthens 95 Percent Group’s ability to deliver solutions across diverse learning settings by expanding its offerings with AALP’s homeschool products, including the widely recognized All About Reading, All About Spelling and All About Math programs.
