Shivani Bailey advises clients on a wide variety of workplace issues and is dedicated to helping address their employment compliance needs. She works closely with clients to build relationships, understand their operational and management challenges and support the firm’s efforts to develop client strategies to meet individual needs. This includes helping clients with cross-border issues for employees and contractors in Latin America, Asia, Europe, etc.

Shivani’s practice involves working closely with employers to develop policies and procedures tailored to the employer’s specific needs and work culture. She routinely conducts audits of workplaces and prepares agreements, including employment, bonus and separation agreements. Separately, Shivani helps protect employers following a transaction closing by conducting due diligence.
