Polsinelli recently represented Charter Works, Inc. (Charter), a media business that publishes research, newsletters and advisory services on workplace trends, in connection with its sale to The San Francisco Standard, an independent, San Francisco‑based online news organization.

This strategic transaction strengthens Charter’s focus on “the future of work” while expanding The San Francisco Standard’s editorial capabilities and coverage of workplace trends.
