Polsinelli congratulates its client, iOR Holdings, Inc., on its Series D financing. iOR Holdings, Inc. provides ophthalmic surgeons with an innovative business model designed to facilitate the transition of ophthalmic lens replacement surgery from the traditional hospital or ambulatory surgery center (ASC) to a surgeon’s own office space. The Company currently has more than 100 iOR Suites open or in development, with more than 100,000 successful outcomes performed in iOR Suites.

The financing will help propel the Company’s growth as it prepares for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) reimbursement approval.
