Nicole K. Nielly

Nicole Nielly provides comprehensive representation and strategic counsel to corporations and individuals in civil and criminal government investigations, internal investigations, and high-stakes civil litigation. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Nicole worked at a law firm representing clients in complex civil litigation matters, including lawsuits and investigations involving allegations of financial, health care, and securities fraud. She also previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Michael L. Brown.
