Nicole Nielly provides comprehensive representation and strategic counsel to corporations and individuals in civil and criminal government investigations, internal investigations, and high-stakes civil litigation. Nicole has extensive experience defending corporations, organizations, and individuals facing scrutiny from the Department of Justice, Securities & Exchange Commission, Office of Inspector General, Department of Labor and other enforcement agencies, often in investigations and litigation involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, health care fraud, and securities violations.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Nicole worked at a law firm representing clients in complex civil litigation matters, including lawsuits and investigations involving allegations of financial, health care, and securities fraud.
