  • Represented Big 4 accounting/consulting firm in defending an OFCCP compliance evaluation. After OFCCP issued a pre-determination notice asserting gender-based pay discrimination and assessing over $3 million in alleged damages due, we identified material errors in OFCCP’s compensation analysis and convinced OFCCP to withdraw all findings of pay discrimination.
  • Represented numerous government contractors in navigating OFCCP compliance evaluations to closure without findings of discrimination or compliance violations.
  • Conducted privileged pay equity audits for large employers to identify, and where appropriate resolve, potential gender or race-based compensation disparities in advance of OFCCP compliance evaluations.
  • Assisted federal government contractors of all sizes in implementing and maintaining affirmative action plans under Executive Order 11246, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act.
  • Assisted one of largest federal benefits providers with efforts to comply with COVID-19 vaccination mandate applicable to all federal contractors.
