Oliver believes that most effective way to represent clients is to immerse himself in their businesses. Oliver takes a common sense approach, which seeks to cut the noise out of complex business transactions and drive value for his clients’ bottom line. He focuses his practice on corporate and transactional law. Oliver regularly works with closely-held businesses, private equity-backed portfolio companies, private equity funds and public companies on their mergers and acquisition strategies, on both the buy-side and sell-side of transactions.
