Kyle Cheves provides valuable legal counsel to clients in the financial services industry. He is a problem solver who is willing and able to find creative solutions to his clients’ issues. Kyle has handled a wide variety of diverse matters involving civil litigation in both state and federal courts. He works closely with experienced Polsinelli attorneys to assist businesses in structuring, documenting, and negotiating financial transactions.

During law school, Kyle served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Harlin D. Hale of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Texas.
