Paul Squire brings more than 32 years of health law experience in handling legal matters, including transactional, compliance, contractual, corporate, regulatory, governance, health care information technology and artificial intelligence issues. He has extensive experience representing health care provider entities in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate financings and other transactions, as well as insurance regulatory, Medicare, Medicaid and managed care issues.
He represents a wide range of health care entities such as:

- Birthing centers
- Diagnostic and treatment centers
- Health care information technology companies
- Telemedicine and telehealth providers
- MSOs
Paul also has extensive experience advising clients concerning healthcare information technology, telemedicine and telehealth issues. Finally, Paul has advised his clients on the evolving legal issues concerning the use of artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence, including, without limitation, transparency, data privacy and clinical control.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Paul spent four years as the General Counsel of the largest telemedicine company in the nation. He also spent four years as an Associate General Counsel at the largest managed care company in the United States.
