Tony Nasharr has been a trusted business advisor for 30 years. As a Capital Markets and Banking and Financial Institutions attorney, he has represented several bank clients in a broad scope of commercial transactions and operations issues. Having grown up in a family business, Tony has a keen sense of family and closely held business dynamics.

Tony has attracted clients in a broad range of industries ranging from trucking and waste recycling to manufacturing and service providers.   • Counseled a financial institution in hundreds of commercial loan transactions over a 25-year period as it grew from a $4 billion to a $20 billion institution.
  • Provides transaction counsel and day-to-day legal guidance to a privately held trucking company conglomerate.
  • Coordinated the collective sale of the Chicago Water Market District, comprised of 160 separate parcels owned by 53 distinct business operators and property owners within the district for conversion to a 400-unit residential condominium development.
  • Provided acquisition counsel to a financial institution in expanding its branch facility network by 30 locations in a three-year timeframe.
  • Provides transaction counsel and day-to-day legal advice to a variety of privately held businesses, including paper recycling, printing, and automotive services.
  • Conducted and coordinated loan workout services for a large regional financial institution that required collateral recovery or debt restructure of more than 60 loans to auto dealers and recreational vehicle dealers throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
  • Successfully coordinated multiple loan enforcement efforts involving a series of loans to a large commercial construction company and its affiliated industrial development company.
