Ephraim Hintz is committed to understanding each client’s business model, practices and objectives to help protect their investment in a wide range of technologies. His practice primarily focuses on advising clients through privacy and data security matters, including counseling on compliance with domestic and international privacy and data security laws and regulations. Ephraim has experience working with matters involving the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act (GLBA), and the New York SHIELD Act.
  • Successfully represented a large “grow operation” as lead counsel in arbitration concerning a contract dispute resulting in a $350,000 favorable judgment.
