Erin focuses her practice on regulatory health care issues and disputes. Clients rely on her to analyze each health care matter and develop a strategic approach to representation based on the client’s immediate and long-term goals.  Erin promotes innovative and pragmatic business solutions and is proud to partner with clients to provide services in a compliant and efficient manner.

Erin regularly advises pharmacy clients on issues relating to drug theft and loss, licensure and DEA registration, and state and federal compliance, including issues specific to controlled substances and specialty drugs. Frequently, this work is in response to government investigations and payor disputes, for which Erin has helped clients achieve favorable settlements and successful appeals.

Erin also advises hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and specialty providers on private and federal reimbursement issues and disputes. She also assists health care providers seeking to obtain a certificate of need, with representative projects including new centers for dialysis services, transplant procedures, and surgical centers, as well as the purchase of major medical equipment, in Illinois, Missouri and the District of Columbia. From time to time, Erin also advises area physicians on employment contracting and negotiations.
