Clients rely on Erin Thimmesch for her data-driven and detail-oriented approach to legal practice. She focuses her practice on health care operations and disputes.

Erin regularly advises pharmacy clients on issues relating to drug theft and loss, licensure and DEA registration, and state and federal compliance, including issues specific to controlled substances and specialty drugs. Frequently, this work is in response to government investigations and payor disputes, for which Erin has helped clients achieve favorable settlements and successful appeals.

Erin also advises hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and specialty providers on private and federal reimbursement issues and disputes. She also assists health care providers seeking to obtain a certificate of need, with representative projects including new dialysis clinics, transplant centers, and surgical centers, as well as the purchase of major medical equipment, in Illinois, Missouri and the District of Columbia. From time to time, Erin also advises area physicians on employment contracting and negotiations.
