Examples of our work include:

• Represented a major cloud service provider in large load transmission tariff proceedings before multiple state utility commissions, successfully negotiating terms of service such as bring-your-own-capacity provisions, minimum monthly bills, exit fees and operating requirements.
• Negotiated multiple Electric Service Agreements and related Construction Agreements for a data center developer in multiple states and with multiple utility counterparties.
• Served as lead regulatory and development counsel for multiple high-voltage electric transmission line projects, including guiding clients through certificate and siting proceedings in three states, advising on land acquisition and condemnation and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Guided a client through the regulatory process related to the acquisition of existing transmission facilities and the transfer of such facilities to a Regional Transmission Organization.
• Represented transmission-owning public utilities in the development of Line Siting Principles and Priorities applicable to future transmission projects in Kansas.
