2nd Quarter 2026 Chapter 11, Healthcare and Real Estate Distress Indices

The numbers are in from the Polsinelli/TrBK Distress Index. For the Second Quarter of 2026, the U.S. Economy Distress Research Index increased by over 2 points to 93.94 and the Real Estate Distress Index increased by over 3 points to 56.36. The Healthcare Services Distress Index surged by 30 points, coming in at 1,276.67. The full report will be released later this month.
