Rachel Adams is a health care attorney focusing on guiding health systems, physician groups and other health care providers through the complexities of health care regulations, transactions and corporate governance. She works with health systems on a range of transactions, from affiliations to acquisitions, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Rachel also has extensive experience advising both physician practices and private equity-backed health care platforms on structuring and negotiating complex deals.

Her practice includes navigating challenging regulatory issues such as the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, state corporate practice of medicine laws and fee-splitting regulations. Additionally, Rachel draws on her governmental experience to provide strategic counsel on antitrust matters.

Rachel also represents a variety of pharmacy clients, including chain, independent, wholesale and veterinary pharmacies, in both regulatory and transactional matters.
