Rachel L. Berry is an associate in the Employment Litigation practice group. She is committed to understanding the industry in which clients operate and provides valuable counsel to employers as they face sensitive workplace issues. Working closely with seasoned Polsinelli attorneys in the Labor and Employment department, Rachel advises clients on a wide variety of employment-related matters, including:
- Defense of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour matters, and other civil litigation
- Defense of charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or state agency equivalents
- Employment advice and counseling
- Implementation and enforcement of employment and restrictive covenant agreements
- Employment policies, procedures and handbooks
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Rachel served as a legal intern at the Missouri Attorney General's office.
