Reece Clark advises clients on high stakes technology transactions and strategic business matters, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence. His practice includes AI related contracting, complex licensing, strategic alliances, outsourcing, revenue cycle arrangements and enterprise application integration. He represents Fortune 500 and multinational companies, as well as angel and venture backed startups, in industries including healthcare, proptech and electronic supply and distribution.
Reece regularly counsels clients on the legal and commercial issues that surround the development and use of AI and other emerging technologies, including privacy, cybersecurity, data use, open source software, intellectual property licensing, corporate partnering and acquisitions. He works across Polsinelli’s Privacy and Cybersecurity and Corporate and Transactional teams to help clients navigate technology driven deals and risk areas with practical, business focused advice.
He is also deeply involved in the Midwest startup ecosystem and serves as outside general counsel to many emerging technology companies, advising them through formation, financing, commercial growth and exit transactions.
Before practicing law, Reece managed complex information technology systems, data governance and application development within the Federal Reserve System. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), which complements his work at the intersection of AI, technology transactions, privacy and information security.
