As the Chief Operating Officer at Polsinelli, Regan Lemke leads the firm’s strategic framework and AI and innovation strategy. Focused on driving growth and alignment across the firm by integrating the firm’s legal practice groups with its core operational functions, Regan works with the CEO and executive team to implement strategic initiatives that strengthen firmwide performance and modernize internal systems. A core part of Regan’s work includes leading the firm’s award-winning AI Enterprise Program, rolling out numerous enterprise platforms and legal technology tools in the last year alone.

Regan holds a B.S. in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Kansas. She also served two years at the United States Naval Academy. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Regan managed the global acquisition and integration process for a publicly traded financial services and technology company. She is known for building alignment across teams and driving execution in cross-functional environments.
