Rick Jordan represents investment funds, companies, boards and management teams in growth capital transactions, including financings, acquisitions, governance matters and other corporate transactions. He serves as Head of Growth Capital, Co-Chair of Polsinelli’s Venture Capital practice and leads the firm’s Life Sciences Industry group. In addition, he currently serves on the firm’s Compensation Committee and Audit & Finance Committee.

Rick advises clients across life sciences, technology, health care, fintech, consumer products and other growth-oriented industries. His transactional work includes early- and late-stage equity financings, sponsor-led minority investments, control acquisitions and dispositions, bolt-on acquisitions, corporate venture investments, joint ventures, restructurings, licensing deals and liquidity solutions for equity holders in later-stage growth companies. He also handles day-to-day governance, commercial, employment, intellectual property, tax and related corporate matters.
