Ryan Sullivan is a shareholder in the Real Estate practice group where he focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. Ryan represents owners, developers, landlords, tenants, investors, sponsors and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development of real estate in a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, office, senior living, medical office, retail and industrial.

In addition, Ryan’s practice includes representing lenders and borrowers in connection with a wide range of finance transactions. Clients rely on Ryan for his attention to detail, problem solving and strong follow through on their transactions.
