Samuel Gellen supports health care providers and organizations in litigation, regulatory disputes and government investigations. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Honor Law Graduate Attorney with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, where he co-led oral arguments before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel in a reactor restart proceeding, securing a litigation victory on behalf of the agency.

He also represented the Commission in employment matters before the EEOC and MSPB, developing internal guidance to strengthen compliance and workplace practices. His experience includes regulatory reform, administrative law and cross-agency coordination — insight he brings to clients navigating high-stakes disputes in the health care sector.
