Sarah Morain is a labor and employment attorney focusing her practice on employment litigation. She represents clients in both state and federal courts, managing a range of employment matters. Sarah’s experience includes conducting and defending depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions and guiding clients through the intricacies of e-discovery and various discovery disputes. She also has experience handling complex commercial matters.
During law school, Sarah gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, where she contributed to cases involving violent crime, child exploitation, corruption and civil rights. She also served as an articles editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review.
Before entering the legal field, Sarah worked as a communications liaison at the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce in Colorado, facilitating interactions between member businesses and the government advocacy team.
