Sarah Oh represents employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including, wage and hour class and PAGA representative actions, and litigation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FMLA/CFRA, unfair competition and trade secret claims. Sarah has substantial experience and has obtained favorable results representing clients in state and federal court, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
Sarah also regularly conducts management training on the prevention of unlawful employment practices and advises and counsels employers on discipline, discharge, leave and accommodation issues, employment handbooks, policies and procedures, and employment agreements.
