Scott works with developers, investors, lenders, landowners and tenants to document and close commercial real estate transactions across the country. Scott leverages his extensive legal background to identify and address potential issues that clients may encounter during the transaction process, offering practical, value-added counsel throughout each phase of various real estate transactional matters. His experience includes, among other things, representing clients in connection with property acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, new development, traditional financing, and leasing.

As a complement to his real estate practice, Scott also has experience representing entities acquiring construction, architectural, engineering, and other related services in connection with a variety of construction projects, often including health care, multifamily, office, and manufacturing facilities. He has negotiated lump sum, cost-plus, design-build, architecture, engineering, and consulting contracts of varying scopes, and assists project owners with disputes arising during the design and construction process.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Scott worked in the real estate department at a global law firm. He previously also worked in the legal department at a Fortune 1000 company.
