• Represented a lender in the workout and recapitalization of a $90 million securitized mortgage and mezzanine loan capital stack in Midtown Manhattan.
• Represented a lender in the restructuring of a $60 million office loan in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Represented a lender in a workout and sponsor recapitalization of a $41.5 million office loan in suburban Dallas, Texas.
• Represented lenders in short sale dispositions of distressed, hotel, multifamily and office properties in Arizona, Colorado, California, Minnesota and Texas.
• Represented a lender in reviewing and permitting a preferred equity investment in the equity of a distressed multifamily property in Colorado.
