As a third-generation Colorado native, Steve Wright is a dealmaker. For more than 40 years, he has helped clients develop real estate assets that have enhanced many Colorado communities. Steve has been owner’s and developers' counsel to many of the premier developments and communities in the Denver area and Rocky Mountain region, including The Polsinelli Building in Denver, The Preserve at Greenwood Village, The Breakers Apartments, ONE DTC, Highlands Ranch and many others.

Steve has experience in land use approvals involving annexations, re-zonings and subdivisions. He has been developers counsel for the development of thousands of single-family and multifamily residential units in numerous Colorado communities. He has also negotiated partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability company operating agreements, management and development agreements and has acted as developer's counsel in a number of affordable housing developments.

As a member of Polsinelli's Real Estate Development/Transactions practice, Steve is accomplished in land acquisition, development, financing, sales and leasing. Steve has negotiated numerous commercial financings, including land development, construction and permanent loans as well as mezzanine and participating loans.
