Suzanne Warnery regularly represents international, national, and regional financial institutions, insurance companies, and debt funds in a wide range of commercial real estate finance matters, including bridge loan originations, construction lending, repurchase facilities, mezzanine loans, and joint ventures. In addition to her finance practice, Suzanne has extensive experience advising developers and institutional owners of commercial real estate in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.  Suzanne works with a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, retail, and office. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Suzanne practiced with the global finance team of an international law firm.
