Tim Schaum’s practice focuses on a wide array of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, price-fixing allegations and intellectual property issues.
With extensive experience in both bench and jury trials, Tim has successfully represented clients in complex civil litigation matters. He has also handled numerous appellate cases, advocating before the Seventh and Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
