Tish Pickett is an associate in the Health Care Litigation and Disputes practice group. She is committed to providing practical legal advice in the constantly evolving health care industry. Tish’s practice focuses on providing strategic counsel on issues related to revenue cycle operations including billing, reimbursement, and commercial payor disputes. She also serves clients on a variety of contractual matters including payor and vendor contracting, as well as upstream and downstream issues, and management services arrangements.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Tish served as in-house counsel for a health care technology company in which she provided advice on such matters as consumer protection and patient privacy laws impacting the development of products intended for health care systems, clinical laboratories, and medical groups. Tish also brings over 15 years’ experience working in the legal departments of large health care systems where she combined her strong work ethic, practical wisdom, and extensive knowledge to become a sought after and trusted advisor to leaders in dozens of hospitals.

When Tish is not providing legal advice to clients, she is helping law students. She teaches writing workshops and tutors at Southwestern Law School.
