Polsinelli congratulates its client Sauz Inc., on its $12 million funding round. Sauz, the brand known for offering bold, curated flavors of tomato sauce made with the freshest ingredients, with signature flavors including Hot Honey Marinara, Summer Lemon Marinara and Cracked Pepper and Parmesan, all delivered in bright, colorful packaging.

The round was led by CAVU Consumer Partners with participation from Coefficient Capital. The capital from this raise will accelerate marketing, awareness, innovation and distribution growth efforts. Consumers can expect to see more retail openings, additional new flavor SKUs and a larger online footprint by the end of 2025.
