JR Leach is a shareholder in the Real Estate Finance practice group in Polsinelli’s Chicago office. His practice primarily focuses on representing real estate lending clients, including CMBS lenders, insurance companies, banks and financial institutions. He works on acquisitions, construction, bridge, permanent and mezzanine financing transactions. JR partners with clients to arrive at the best resolution for their current legal or business matters to prepare for future success. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board National Team and a senior staff editor for the Kentucky Law Journal.
