Polsinelli recently represented Eastern Dental Management, a leading dental services organization, in an acquisition by Branford Castle Partners, a private equity firm focused on lower middle-market investments.

Eastern Dental has 20 locations throughout New Jersey and is an established leader in the state. The company has developed a strong brand reputation with customers and payors and this strategic acquisition will allow Eastern Dental to pursue further growth opportunities.
