Aaron Davis is a shareholder in Polsinelli’s Financial Services Litigation practice group and provides valuable legal counsel to clients in the financial services industry. He is a problem solver who is willing and able to find creative solutions to his clients’ issues. Aaron focuses his practice on debtor-creditor relations, while primarily representing banks, private lenders and loan servicers in enforcing their rights with respect to defaulted loans. He understands there is not a “one-size-fits-all” solution for each client, or even each transaction. Instead, he offers a unique perspective on the challenges lenders face with respect to costs, timelines, and current market conditions.
