• Represented a wind developer in the financing of a portfolio of Kansas wind energy projects representing more than 415 ‌MW of nameplate capacity with total project costs in excess of $681 million.
• Represented a solar developer in the sale of a 1.34-‌MW photovoltaic system in Arizona.
• Represented a wind and solar developer with respect to obtaining approval by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for a wind and solar lease to be used on Federal Reserved land in South Dakota.
• Represented a solar developer in connection with drafting a model solar services agreement and easement for use in Colorado solar projects.
• Represented lenders in the $350 million financing of a 201-‌MW wind project in Kansas, with total project costs in excess of $425 million.
• Represented a tax equity investor in the $145 million acquisition and financing of a 60-‌MW Nebraska wind project.
• Represented ‌a wind energy developer in the acquisition of a 100-‌MW wind project and the developer’s negotiation of ‌a PPA with a related utility.
• Advised the largest mall owner REIT on third-party ‌PPA proposals for California projects.
• Represented lenders in the financing of a 23-million-gallon-per-year integrated biomass to cellulosic ethanol facility in Kansas, together with a 20-‌MW cogeneration plant that will provide steam and electricity to the ethanol facility.
• Represented a solar developer in the development of multiple feed-in-tariff photovoltaic solar projects in Ontario, Canada.
