Amy Kiefer Hansen’s diverse practice includes representing real estate developers, REITs and real estate private equity firms on both transactional and development matters across the United States. Amy represents ski resorts across the United States on both development and transactional matters. She routinely works with master developers of large-scale master-planned developments, high-density mixed-use urban projects and transit-oriented developments.
As part of her resort and development practice, Amy has become a go-to resource for condominium-related matters. Amy also represents REITs and real estate private equity firms on acquisitions and equity investments into office, industrial, residential and rail projects. Clients rely on Amy’s practical, business-minded advice and counsel and her creative thinking on structuring both deals and governance structures.
