  • Represented the master developer of a 40-acre mixed-use transit-oriented development in Denver, Colorado, with respect to all development and transactional matters, including drafting covenants and use restrictions, formation of a parking authority, sales of development sites for multiple office buildings, residential projects and a hotel, and condominiumization of an apartment building to bifurcate ownership of the first-floor retail
  • Represented a resort owner with respect to its real estate development projects in the Western United States, which have included a golf course community, two hotel/condominium projects, a luxury branded residence project, a condominiumized parking structure, six residential condominium projects, three base village redevelopment projects and multiple employee housing projects
  • Advised a client in connection with the development of a downtown Denver city block with two office towers with penthouse condominiums
  • Represented client with respect to acquisition of two and a half city blocks in RiNo Neighborhood of Denver, including both fee parcels and ground lease parcels, and development of the same to include a mix of condominiums, townhomes, affordable housing, restaurants, retail and an urban farm 
  • Represented the master developer of a 5,000 acre Douglas County, Colorado master-planned community, including work related to homeowners association documents, sales of finished lots to homebuilders and sales of larger development parcels for commercial and health care developments
  • Advised master developers with respect to special district bond offerings to fund infrastructure, totaling nearly $1 billion 
  • Represented purchaser of multiple ground-leased pad sites in multiple states, which were part of 1031 exchange 
  • Represented purchaser of portfolio of 21 medical office buildings in nine states 
  • Advised national owner of medical office building portfolio with regard to leasing activities
