Anitra Androh represents clients in commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of office buildings, multi-family developments, retail shopping centers, and various mixed-use and mixed-income projects. She has extensive experience negotiating development agreements, construction agreements, construction management agreements, property management agreements, cost-sharing agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, and declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions. Her practice also involves the creation of condominium regimes and the negotiating and settling of warranty claims filed against developers by condominium associations. Anitra also regularly represents clients in the acquisition and financing of affordable housing projects.
