Polsinelli recently represented Tompkins Financial Corporation (Tompkins), a banking and financial services company, in the sale of its subsidiary Tompkins Insurance Agencies, Inc. (TIA) to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher), a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm.
